Q.

hi good morning The previous week I was under so much pressure and stress because of my family issue... And I have gone through a blood test in that blood sugar before eating is 124, After is 176.. is that I am having sugar.... so else will i take blood test again

A. You should check with your doctor on this and sometimes due to stress and anxiety also and consumption of sugar can also you know do high and low into your blood sugar levels so better to have it when you’re more sorted and check with your doctor regarding this
