good morning
my son age 22 months.
he got fever cough and cold. doctor told nimonia. urine test normal. CBP & , CRP tests also normal. dengue malaria typhoid also negative. 10 days back admitted. after 3 days he is discharged. again today he got fever 99.5. I am tensed about him. almost August month onwards he got fever in every in once.
what is the problem. what to do. please tell me

A. Cough is a protective reflex of the body to expel out the mucus or any irritant factor from the respiratory tract which is most of the time assosiated with cold due to any viral or bacterial infection . A proper examination is required to find the cause .
As a home remedy you can stvxart with steam inhalation . Cough can be treated with cough suppressant or antitussives as per the cause. For cold antihistamines are useful and nasal saline drops are also benifecial .
