Hi..Good Morning Doctor. My daughter is 3.2years old. From Y'day, she is having a little bit of running nose and in the night we have given syrup L-montus 5ml. However, we observed since midnight she started cough and also experienceing fever now. Can you pls advise?

A. hi. it might be viral infection, also give her syp crocin in right dose for fever. if no improvement after 3 days do condult your doctor in person. ok
