Q.

Hi Good evening.. My baby is 6 months 5 days old. I started with Uggu one teaspoon 10 days back at 10 O'clock in the morning. After one week I started Apple puree in the afternoon 12 . It's been 3 days using apple puree. Now the problem is baby is ok in the morning but crying for milk in the evenings. My milk is not sufficient and if I give formula milk, he is taking only 60 ml at a time and baby not having deep sleeping in the nights. Waking up feeding my milk whole night. I am becoming too Much tired too.. My doubt is.. can I start solids in the evening too? If yes, can I start with Uggu or fruit puree? Which one is best? And how many solid feeds can I include after 12 And what time in the evening can I feed baby to avoid digestion problems?

A. It is developmentally normal to wake up at night at least through the first year and often for quite a while longe r due to hinger, you can give any weaning food which he has accepted well.
