Hi Good evening, ma baby is 1yr and 2months old is it good to give milk and dates every day

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent a2 Desi cow milk should be used prefebly Dates can be given but make sure the same are of good quality it's very nutritious Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
