Q.

hi good afternoon doctor... my daughter is 34 months old ... can I give her packet milk ... do I need to add water to it? Which packet milk will be good?

A. yes, you can give.. any which is available at your place. Milk is an important part of a toddler's diet because it provides calcium and vitamin D, which help build strong bones. Limit your child's milk intake to 16 ounces (480 milliliters) a day.

A. hi yes you can but as you are offering it first time, offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not. then gradually increase it's quantity. no need to add water.
