Hi gm dr. My baby is 9weeks old she is having nasal congestion please give me ur valuable opinion

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. give nasal saline drops every few hourly to the child in the nasal cavity.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child
you can go for indirect steam inhalation which will again help in decreasing both cough and cold
continue the regular diet of thed child
if there is no improvement in few days then meet your doctor
for fever and pain give paracetamol.
anti-coldd medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.

RidhimaMom of a 3 yr 8 m old girl2 years agoA. Give the baby steam with drops of saline water. Use humidifier in room it’s effective. U can also apply Vicks Vaporub for kids on chest & back it will also help in breathing of your child.
