hi from morning mujhe bahot chakkar arha hai and i have severe vomiting also all water came out.. now vomiting jas stopped but still feeling dizziness is there anything to worry

A. hi please visit your gynecologist for once. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day keep a tiny piece of ginger in your mouth once in a day. maintain good hygiene
