Q.
Hi, From last three days my baby got infection or something don't know exactly in her mouth. Initially it started at the edge of tongue with reddish and white spots and later on it spreads to inner side of lips and edges of lips also. Please tell the reasons, treatment of it and the foods to avoid until it cures.

While breastfeeding, use breastpads that do not have a plastic barrier, as this can encourage the growth of Candida.
Ensure that bottle nipples and pacifiers, if used, are sterile.
