POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 9 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hey parent, gently wiping saliva from the skin with damp cotton wool or a damp cloth whenever it accumulates.patting dry with a clean towel.applying a barrier cream or jelly, such as Eucerin or Vaseline, to protect the irritated skin.
