Hi Experts, My daughter is 10 months old and having running nose ,fever and dry cough from morning. I have given paracetamol twice also but nothing worked. kindly assist me over this.

A. give her sinatest drops 10 drops 2 times a day.. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops
