Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleevyp also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares gwhich needs to be managed accordingly.

You should give proper dinner to the child and if you want to do only that your child should be sleeping properly then you will have to quit your feeding for the time that is all things are going to be fruitful because if you continue even had one time or two time in the night and I will cling onto the timer for a longer duration is better that you start giving up on the feeling
