I am doing all the steps to increase milk along with taking shatavari daily twice from 10 days. can I still hope that will get sufficient milk one day and keep on trying for getting proper milk?? pls help

A. keep eating well abd try yo latch frequently ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. Yes You can continue with the supplements hopefully that your breast feed is going to increase with it because it is supposed to be a good option to go for but if your breast feed does not increase by any chance then you can switch to formula feeding for your child
