hi everyone usually I will sleep around 12 noon to 2'o'clock I will have my breakfast before 10:30 and after sleep I will have my lunch does this afternoon sleep increase my weight or It slow down my weight lose journey

No See you are maintaining about two hours gap between your sleep time and you’re eating times it is not going to affect because it is not recommended to sleep immediately after eating so if you’re having your breakfast by nine or 930 also and you are sleeping by 12 then it is a good gap of two hours in between
