hi everyone my son is 23 month and he is very fussy and not eating well even he doesn't sleep well in night he got irrational on skin what I do please help

Hello ma’am Probably since your child is not eating well your child is hungry in the night which is why your child is also not sleeping properly in the night so in this case first you need to make a proper appetite for your child you have to feed your child really well and then definitely the scenario is going to change. Apart from that I do not understand what is irrational on the skin but if you’re trying to say is there anything like irritation or allergy then consult your doctor ones
