A. it's a muscle pain , my hand pulled yesterday so not brest pain please advise can I take pain killer.

A. Hello, your baby is taking breast feeding and you are having pain in your breast so you should take hot compression twice a day and take tablet paracetamol sos and consult with gynaecologist
