Q.

hi everyone,my daughter is 22 months old. .I use to give her cow's milk n also breastfeed her ..but she drinks only about 150 ml of cow's milk in a day...is that much enough for her...? And if that's not enough then how to increase her milk intake??

A. hi well , ideally ,the intake should be around 250 to 500 ml per day. but as each and every child is different and having own different appetite , no need to worry about it much. I mean ,if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, showing no discomfort ,no need to worry about anything.
