hi everyone my child has a severe continuous cough what to do? he is unable to sleep

A. Sitopaladi very good it comes under the brand of dabur you can check with your doctor if you can give it to the child as this is going to be good you can give quarter teaspoon with honey and don’t give water for 40 minutes and give it three times in a day
