Spinach can be given from the beginning itself when you start with semisolid food in Shaily or you can make a pure out of it you can boil it and let it cool after that you can mix or a pinch of salt or any other spices and you can just cook it on the flame and then you can give it to the child how do you make a gravy for spinach in the same way
