hi Everyone,my babies are of 20 months old,can we feed them brown rice,or does it have any digestive issues?I've given this in form of uggu indirectly before.

yes, ofcourse you can give brown rice
no problem
but as you are giving it first time, give them alone, and it should be well cooked
intially, give it in very small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not
