Hi everyone my 21 month old having fever from yesterday night and after giving crocin fever goes down but after 4 hrs again temperature increases 102 to  103 .he is having viral fever and already 36 hrs past but situation is same.is it normal

don't give him crocin  if your baby is suffering from 102 or 103 fever give it to him paracetamol paediatric oral suspension IP 250 MG 
AS A DOSE GIVE 2.5ML after every 6 hrs  for 3 days and he gets relief from fever if not get well then give him azee 200 anti infection syrup as a dose one time in a day 2.5 ml ,, sometimes babies had an infection and because of this don't get relief from fever...if u give both medicine he will definitely get rid from the Fever

the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is havingx fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicinesx (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
