hi everyone...meri beti 2 years 3 month ki h ...aur muje lagti h k uski hight uski age k hisab se thoda kam hain..abhi uske hight hain 90cms..kya khilanese or diet m kya add karne se uska growth thik se hogi..hight thoda thik hoga...plz suggest...good night π

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. 90 CM is normal height.. Give protien rich diet include dals, eggs, all milk and milk products, tofu, nuts, beans in daily diet. Give sufficient play time, too.

Mam your child is already 3 feet tall at the age of 2 1/2 years but yet if you feel somehow that your child is under hide it then I would recommend you to take your birth height into consideration and take a check it as per WHO standards on GoogleWrite Your Answer Here
