Q.

hi everyone jeera water or ajwain water which is more suitable for weight loss and how often should i have to consume it?my baby is 3m old i am having normal water is it ok or should i switch to lukewarm water bcoz its really warm weather here

A. it is not necessary to consume lukewarm water all the time it is a myth you can drink normal water. for weight loss more than jeera water or cumin water what is more important is to have good fluid intake 1.5 to 2 let daily because it helps to control appetite, make you more active by relieving constipation and helps to flush out toxins. you also need to eat mindfully balance for calorie and fat intake and be physically active exercise at least 45 to 60 minutes daily after consultation with doctor

A. as your baby is too small n breastfeeding so I ll not suggest you to go for weight loss.you can have jeera water it helps in increasing milk supply n ajwain in digestion issues.for fitness do walk or yoga
