Hi everyone I'm in confusion please help me, my question is now my son is 4 months old after 6 months I need to go for work during that time nearly 8 hours I'm not able to feed that time as a supplementary milk can I give cow's milk or milk powder like similac please suggest me.

A. hi well mother's milk is best food for a child. so please stick to breastfeeding. I suggest you to use breastpump for this. Babyhug brand breastpump has really good quality.
