hi everyone .....I am having 1 month 1 week baby boy....am giving breastfeeding but my BM is not sufficient at night times...so I give FM to my baby ...how can I improve my BM....y my BM is less at night times....am taking all supplements also still have a pblm at night times....plz suggest me

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. do not worry have good motivation once baby will be sucking at the breast naturally you will get the milk you can as well take good protein diet with lactare capsules
