this led to such type of skin eruptions / rash and usually they will come for 5 to 6 days and then go away gradually in next 5 to 6 days.
usually symptomatic treatment is given along with regular fluids in the diet as well as daizly bath. it is very important to remaining contact with the doctor.
if there is discharge present from the blisters or the pustules then you can apply t-bact cream over it.
can give paraczetamol for fever.
can apply calamine lotion if advised by doctor.

This is looking like a mosquito bite and your child probably has crashed it so badly that it is looking like this so I would advise you to apply a mixture of coconut oil and Kapoor onto that area which is what is going to be the best you can use it as many times as you want in a day
