hi dr, which milk to be given for babies as we regular take buffalo milk but it's heavy to digest I think so, so please suggest which milk to use for my children's diet which is good for digestion as well as in strongness and taste 🙏🏻

A. Should actually add somewhere around 30% of water to the milk when you are giving to the child because that makes it easy and life for a child to digest so you can certainly go ahead with that this is going to be absolutely right way to go for
