Hi dr Plz tell me What type of barley should i bought from market? Barley nd jao are same?

A. hi mom, please elaborate question. barley and javas I.e flax seeds are not same. flax seed you can by roasting also or by mixing with wheat while grinding.javas powder chatni is also good.
