hi Dr, my son is 8 months old.we have observed very small acnhe on his face earlier but now it's spread on his belly as well. he has drooling Mark as well beside his rt corner of mouth. kindly help.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. the drooling part is due to the teething makes baby cranky due to pain swelling and gum irritation. Can give a silicon or wooden teether or pacifier for ease irritation. clean and massage baby s gums by fingers.
give vit d 3 vita must d 3 or KLM D 3 or D SOL 800 I U 0. 5 ml or 400 I U 1 ml daily till 1 year for strong bones and teeth
