Hi Dr, my son is 6 yr old ,weight 19 kg. use hmesha cough rhta h..night me uski nose block ho jati h ..muh khol k sota h..khasi nhi aati but summer ho ya winter uski nose block rhti h.can u please suggest good for him

A. give steam as a home remedy .Baby should be examined by a doctor ; mostly by a child specialist for this as this need to be proper evaluated and examined before giving any medication to baby .
