hi ...! Dr my son he is 5 years 7 months old ... shall i give pediasure .... is okay to give him dr ... i will give him bolvita so i would like to change the milke powder ... so can u plz suggest me which one is the best milke powder for 5 years old kidz.....

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist5 years agoA. Dear ma’am, as much as possible avoid these health drinks. Not good in the long run. Make him familiar with home cooked foods. These health drinks quickly fill their tummy replacing other healthy foods.

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 10 m old boy5 years agoA. Hi, There are many such powders with added supplements are available. Being an advocate of naturopathy , I would recommend you to go natural .. There is no need to give any supplements unless prescribed by your pediatrician. Please give your child natural probiotics like buttermilk and curd. you may Reduce the milk. Provide her sunbath daily in morning for about half an hour. Give her daliya , khichdi , drumsticks mesh , potato mesh, banana mesh , almonds , sesame seeds , citrus fruits. Please use drinking water having TDS higher than 350.. If your child is given such a balanced diet there is no need to offer her any kind of supplement.
