hi dr. my son has 3yr 4mnth old. he is speak to some words. he has tongur tie and it remove. but he is not speak.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is important that if the child is not able to speak properly even after removing the tongue tie you will have to get a speech therapist for the child who will definitely help in improving the speech of the child and it is important to speak regularly at home and decrease TV mobile and laptop if it is going on

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Maintain hygiene
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
