Q.

hi Dr. my daughter is 5 n half month old. Dr she stretch her body and push her head back while feeding.why she do like that...is something worry. thank you

A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formulfa feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be agtgravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
