Hi Dr. My daughter is 3.5 months old. And she is able to turn on her tummy. Night she is turning on her tummy and sleeping. Is it safe. I have attached pic for reference. Do I need to turn her on back or can I leave her like that.

A. try to change position if the baby is sleeping full stomach maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain
