Hi Dr , my child is 3 months old And he usually poop with one day gap. now it's been 3 days since he passed motion is anything to worry ?

A. No no please don’t worry about it a child can go without pooping for number of days at a stretch but if the child is comfortable and taking all the feeding properly and the urine output is good then there is absolutely no problem with constipation in this age
