hi Dr. my baby she is 29 days and passing motion after every feed looks like yellow curd how should I take care of my baby and treatment

Approximately for initial 1 to 2 months it is a completely normal thing still if you feel that there is a problem then I was just say you should connect with your doctor for that whatever is required your paediatrician is going to help you correctly on this
