hi Dr my baby is 11 months old he is not having food properly like before from 3 days he has sevear motions now he is nit having food can any one please suggest me

Author of questionMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi Dr i gave entrogermia for 3 days again he started loose motions today he is having vomtings too if I give vomikind today mng and i stopped entrogermia can you please suggest can I give both daily

Loose motions usually are caused by any infection which may be associated with symptoms like fever and vomiting apart from increased frequency of motion which may be watery. in this symptomatic treatment is given along with management of dehydration.
If loose motions are associated with foul smell aur mucus it could be bacterial infection which need proper antibiotic treatment that could be decided by the consulting pediatrician .
for now you can start giving probiotic like enterogermina 2 times a day.
Avoid any kind of maida containing food or junk food and give only moong daal khichdi ,curd rice coconut water etc. Avoid giving excess of milk ,you can also give banana which will help. Giving ORS solution and more of water will compensate for the los it dws of liquids in the body.

give sporlac powder in 2 drops quantity twice in a day
keep your child well hydrated
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid giving heavy food items.
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
