Hi dr.. my 6year old boy goes to school early in the morning @6am .. what should i give him to eat thay time..

A. hi mom if the child is willing to eat can give a banana or apple or nuts or any fruit of his liking if he doesnt have vomiting issues can give fresh fruit milkshakes
