Hi Dr mai promolact tablets use karahi hun Kya ye tablets 3 mahina tak use karsaktie Kya is a Kya to side effects hai Kya... Promolact granuial powder bhi use karu.. Low breast milk ki wajha sa... Plz suggeste me it's safe or unsafe for mai nd baby health Mera baby 3 month chalrahai.. Mera baby ka wait 5. 6kg hai.......

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. dear mum. you can use promo lactose table to increase Breast miik.. as it is an her bsl medicin.. weight of your baby is good... feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello dear parent!! Better to consult your doctor for further advice on the same. Avoid self or over medication for whatever reason. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk. Follow your doctor’s instructions. Good luck and take care.
