hi Dr in my first pregnancy i had cervical incompenant.. i mean my cervix was opened early so I was in bed for 1month.. so I'm worried if this can happen in my 2nd pregnancy.. plz guide me

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. having a history of short cervix ,you should get your OS tightening done during 16 to 17th week of pregnancy so as to avoid chances of Pre term delivery during your second pregnancy

We really cannot be sure about it because all the pregnancies are not same sometimes what your face in the Free first pregnancy doesn’t happen in second pregnancy may be it is going to be a very smooth sailing for you but just to be cautious since you have had a problem in the first pregnancy just take more extra care for yourself
