hi Dr Iam in my 37 th week of pregnancy. My baby weight is around 3 kg. How much weight gain can we expect at the time of delivery? Will it affect vaginal delivery?

A. Usually the weight gain will slow down after 37 weeks of pregnancy and they could be an error of plus or -300 g in the scan report also. The pelvis size also matters
