Q.

hi Dr, I'm second time pregnant this time I'm pregnant with twins... but my dr said both the twins r in same placenta.... I hve heard if twins r in same placenta so it would be hve complexion I'm so afraid of tht... pls dr wht precautions should be taken if twins are sharing same placenta

A. Hello dear As such there is nothing you can do to reduce the complications. 50% of mo-mo twin pregnancies have some issues. Just keep in touch with your doctor to find out the issue before hand

A. Hi Yes it can be a little bit of complex kind of a thing but it is not necessary that there is going to be a complication only let your gynaecologist monitor you through and through your pregnancy she’ll keep guiding you with every single ultrasound that you get done so that way you love much more clarity about it
