Hi Dr. i have nipple infection and it seems like ringworm fungal infection. i am a breastfeeding mom and my son is 17 months old. what will i apply on this area..I m worried for my son. kindly reply

A. Dear Mamma, please talk to a doctor immediately. these are not questions to be posted on a form asking for suggestions. immediate action needs to be taken for this. good luck

A. apply ring worm ointment on the nipple and till the time you are facing this problem do not feel your baby directly because it can cause infection and the child you can make use of nipple shield
