Hi Dr. I am 6 weeks pregnant and since past 2 days m noticing brown spotting. 2 days back it was noticed on panty single spot and nothing else for full day, yesterday there was no spotting but brownish mark seen on tissue paper while wiping and today as well same.It is basically not bleeding nor flowing but if I put my finger in vagina it gets coated brownish. Also I am feeling pain in back and abdomen like menses..getting very negative thoughts pls help
