Q.

Hi dr, From yesterday my daughter having fever (101°) , cough &cold.gave her paracetamol,febrex &kofarest.and also i am using nasal drop also every 4hrs.please suggest what needs to be done.

A. continue advice medicine. plus Give plenty of rest. Offer plenty of bm. Use a clean humidifier or cool mist vaporizer. keep good hygiene. keep comfortable room temp. avoid bathing her may do spong bath
