Hi dr,for the upper respiratory infection Allegra Is safe as dr has said to give My baby,,my baby is one year old he has nasal congestion, I am giving him maxtra last two days but the wheezing sound not going, I am not asking any medicine but only want to know is Allegra safe or Lcz , don’t want any Coply paste like answers. Thank you

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children5 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 12 months old and if he is having a URTI then you can give syrup Allegra as anti allergic cold medicine or you can give maxtra too
