bread with paneer egg vegetables is healthy option
include variety of food in the daily diet
all family foods should be given

Of course you can give it to the child but prefer using bakery baked multigrain or brown bread so I tell you what you get in the market regular branded bread they still have good amount of flour colour coated and they sell it with the name of brown bread so if you want to give genuinely something healthy try bakery read the content properly before you buy
