Hi does cephalexin oral suspension have any side effects on kids if given for 2 days?

A. Hello, Give your child cephalexin for as long as your child's doctor tells you, even if your child seems well. However, cephalexin may cause an upset stomach and you may find that giving it with food may prevent this. You should consult doctor to continue it for 2 days .
