Hi doctors. My son is having a small white dots on his cheeks can you please tell what is it due to?? And how to overcome this is in only one place.

Look there are most common reasons associated with white patches are dryness and calcium deficiency but it could be associated with worms in the tummy fungal infection and skin related issues so you need to check with your doctor for clarity mostly associated with dryness and calcium deficiency only
