Q.

Hi Doctors, My son is 4 months plus but he is losing weight instead of increasing. He drinks only breast milk but still he is not gaining weight, also he asked within 45-60 min for milk. How can I help him to gain weight?

A. It’s expected that the minimum 500 g of gain should be seen every month if that is not there then you should start giving formula milk to the child that means your breastfeeding is not working enough for the child to gain weight
